We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Human Resource Associate (Negros Occidental). Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Human Resource Associate.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
- Reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
- Identify overarching company performance and development goals.
- Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company’s objectives.
- Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly.
- Gather and assess business intelligence and the necessary data to assess employee performance and identify individual and departmental workplace issues and development barriers.
- Draft research-based performance efficiency reports, present them to senior leadership, and suggest performance management changes as necessary.
- Provide HR Managers with insightful training practices to reach the established performance target goals.
What are the Qualifications?
- Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any business courses. Additional training is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources specifically in HR analytics and other facets of HR.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent in organizing and maintaining the confidentiality of human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision making aptitude.
- Proven track record for delivering success in fast paced, results oriented environments.
