We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Culture Manager. For those of you who live in Central Visayas, Northern Mindanao & Negros Occidental (Others) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Qualfon Philippines, Inc., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Title: MISSION MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
The Mission Manager (or Culture Manager) is responsible for the implementation, management, and evaluation of all Mission verticals in the site. Manages and oversees the work done by each member of the Mission Office team in addition to working closely with site leadership in Operations, sales & marketing, finance and recruitment to build and operate programs that support the organization’s mission, ensure operational sustainability, and expand our reach.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Dedicated to the care and permanent reflection of Qualfon mission and strengthening the STRIDES values through the culture as a consecrated company.
· Contributes to improve both operational and employee performance as a result of personal growth. (soft skills, educational, and caring programs)
· Prepares Mission Programs annual plan and ensures it is aligned with the strategic initiatives and priorities of the company.
· Helps identify improvements to better accomplish the mission.
· Reports directly to the Site Director and maintains continuous communication with the local ManCom.
· Analyzes the results of Mission Index and proposes initiatives to further improvements.
· Participates in the preparation of the annual budget of the area, including grants and programs for our people, support local community, train employees, etc.
AREA OF EXPERTISE (SKILLS)
· 3+ years Project Management experience
· Project Management Certification
· Bachelor’s degree
· Data analysis and management skills
· Ability to motivate support team members to achieve desired results.
· Multi-tasking abilities and delegation skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
· Strong experience working in partnership with leaders and colleagues to drive results
· Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines
· Excellent Human relation skills
· Analytical and problem solving skills Call center environment needs knowledge
OTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES (MIN)
· In this role the manager must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills. They must be equipped with a working knowledge of event planning, program management, and communication. They must also be comfortable in transforming big ideas using the methodology of specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound.
