We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Payroll Officer. For those of you who live in Cebu (Cebu City) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Smartsourcing, and able to under a full time working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with at least Not Specified, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

As a Payroll Officer, some of the things we’d expect you to do are to…
- Act as end-to-end payroll function for the assigned client.
- Weekly Payroll processing and reporting.
- Process and report payroll tax.
- Superannuation reporting and processing.
- Manage and report Work Cover finance arrangements.
- Award interpretation.
- Adding and onboarding staff into the system/database
- Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
- Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations.

- Experience in a similar roll processing high volume payroll is preferred
- Strong understanding of working with Modern Awards
- Strong keyboard skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with external and internal clients
