What you will do:
- Digital Payments KPI management, monitoring and reporting:
- Regularly monitor, analyze, synthesize and report KPIs giving regular status updates to stakeholders
- Determine new KPIs as necessary, how results will be measured, how well results are achieved and the connected performance drivers
- Complete post-project evaluation for new initiatives and iterate KPI management as necessary support BAU
- Identify and initiate continuous improvement projects for Digital Payments based on KPIs
What you should have:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Product specialist or an equivalent role
- Excellent writing skills to prepare detailed reports
- Familiarity with data analytics
- Advanced Standard Query Language (SQL) skills
- Product management experience
