We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with the internal vendors, internal and external third party, source distributors and dealers. She is responsible in processing the sales orders, purchase price validations, stock availability and identifications parts and accessories availability, warehouse delivery of the Medical Division Products and Services. Responsible also for providing monthly supply chain reports, monitoring of target inventory level thru SAP admin and clerical support to the department. Supports the purchasing process through maintaining purchasing tools and data, preparing negotiation process. In charge of ensuring the supplier follow up and may be responsible by delegation for purchasing activity for a given portfolio or for an entity.
Essential Responsibility
– Coordination with all distributors and dealers including the sales team of the Division.
– Receives and input the accurate sales orders thru SAP.
– Respond to internal / external customer on products and services approved prices with a pre-set standard margin and government taxes.
– Contact distributors in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other problems.
– Review requisition orders to verify unfamiliar products, specifications, price and terminology by the use of company manuals, search engines and internet.
– Prepare, maintain and review SO files, reports, price lists and medical files.
– Track the status of orders and monitor until arrive.
– Coordinate to Finance Department on payment forecast, AR, disputes and also special payment terms process.
– Develop and maintain constructive working relationship with colleagues and management.
– Ensures applicable Logistic systems and data are maintained and updated.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Logistics or IT Related Course
– At least 2 years of experience in Logistics position or similar
– Experience in Administrative and clerical procedures
– Knowledge in processing Logistics
– High customer service
– Ability to meet deadlines and effective Time Management
– Dynamic and Strong engagement skills to readily communicate with suppliers
– High business ethics, integrity and confidentiality
– Demonstrates flexibility in Operational Strategy to meet the Business requirements
– Computer literate in MS Office Applications
– Amenable to work in SM Aura, Taguig
