Job description
● Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
● Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions, diligently addressing any discrepancies that arise.
● Monitor and regulate the firm’s financial transactions, ensuring alignment with internal protocols and procedures.
● Produce regular monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, offering insights into the firm’s financial performance and trends.
● Contribute to the formulation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
● Remain current with pertinent accounting regulations, laws, and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
● Participate in discussions regarding financial strategy and provide recommendations for enhancing financial efficiency and profitability.
● Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the firm’s financial software systems and tools.
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA is an advantage.
