The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱16,000 to a maximum of ₱38,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Leasing Officer who shall be responsible for ensuring accurate and complete records of the Sales & Leasing files including but not limited to monitoring reports, sales & lease agreements, documentary requirements, tenant records and proposals. Together with the Sales & Leasing Manager, the officer will assist in the marketing of the projects’ commercial & clinic spaces and ensure timely release and execution of contracts and renewals. The officer will also assist in promoting the company’s services & product offerings to prospective clients, prepare necessary sales documentations and collaborate with various departments in the organization for the implementation of sales & leasing initiatives and projects. 

The job duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Facilitate the preparation and processing of all sales contracts, lease agreements, renewal contracts and ensure their timely release to the company’s business partners. 
  • Collect, review, and validate all submitted lease documents and sales requirements. 
  • Maintain accurate and updated record of sales & leasing files including the management of data online. 
  • Prepare regular reports on revenue, occupancy, negotiation updates, and contract status. 
  • Monitor the department’s budget/annual operating expenses (i.e., supplies, marketing, representation) 
  • Assist the Sales & Leasing Manager in the marketing of commercial and clinic spaces for lease, and the promotion of the company’s services including profiling, sending out of proposals, conducting cold calls, project presentation to clients, ocular inspections, and initial negotiations.  
  • Perform market research from time to time (health services and commercial trends & practices, benchmarking/ competitor’s check)  
  • Help spearhead sales & leasing-initiated internal and external events and activities 
  • Monitor the space awarding of all tenants from handover, submission & approval of design & construction plans, fit-out progress to the start of clinic/commercial operations. 
  • Coordinate with Finance Department for the monitoring of accounts and assist in the review & evaluation of tenant/client’s over-all performance. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service support to tenants and clients’ concerns & requests including activity proposals, marketing & sales-related initiatives. 
  • Establish and help maintain a strategic & good business relationship with the company’s stakeholders. 
  • Carry out coordination management with other teams within the organization for tenant/client-related concerns and requests (marketing, technical & operational, accounts-related, contractual issues) 
  • May be assigned in a project that aims to improve specific areas, working independently or with a cross-functional team. May be tasked to make necessary recommendations on performance of team members or cross-functional team member.

  • A graduate of bachelor’s degree in business management or any related course. 
  • With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in sales, leasing, and marketing.  
  • Must be customer-service oriented with excellent data management skills. 
  • Can adapt to challenges, be resilient, and always see opportunities for growth.  
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic corporate office software, including Microsoft Office 365 applications.  
  • Effective communication skills. Proficiency in the Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog is required; ability to communicate well in English is an advantage.
