We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Calabarzon & Mimaropa and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Sales Assistant, Sta. Rosa, Laguna in our business office, OONA Insular Insurance Corporation.

Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Sales/Marketing & Sales - Financial Services are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Qualifications:
- Must posses an above average selling, negotiation and networking skills;
- Must be resourceful, self-started and possess a CAN DO attitude;
- High level of independence is required as the role requires minor decision-making.
- Must posses strong and with expertise on generating new Direct/Affinity, Banca and Dealer businesses.
- Residing near or around the area is a plus
- Must be familiar with the area or location

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Description:
- Successful candidate shall be responsible in driving business growth from various Direct Channels;
- Considerable experience in Non-Life Insurance Industry is preferred;
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
Sales:
- Meets with business representatives to gain new business and partnerships;
- Supports sales office plans and marketing strategies implemented in the Sales Office
- Establishes network of clients by providing quality services to existing clients;
- Achieves individual goals and revenue targets
- Entertains inquiries from clients and agents and coordinates them with the concerned departments to immediate resolutions;
Sales Admin:
- Prioritizes important requests from clients/partners;
- Reviews and attends to emails requests from clients and partners;
- Computes rates and request renewals from clients
- Analyzes claims issues before acting on them;
- Releases renewal notices to dealers and clients;
- Prepares sales productivity report and submits to Sales Assistant Manager for perusal;
