In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

The ideal candidate for our new social media specialist position is a skilled professional responsible for developing and executing social media strategies. The social media specialist creates engaging content, optimizes and manages company pages and fosters community interaction. The social media specialist is expected to be knowledgeable in all relevant social media platforms and able to utilize analytics to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and demand generation.

The candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement. The social media specialist manages social media platforms to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and lead generation. In this newly created role, the social media specialist will optimize content, join conversations on behalf of the brand, and support marketing campaigns.

The social media specialist should have deep experience in social media marketing, strong communication skills, social networking expertise, knowledge of web design and online marketing, and a customer-oriented mindset. 

As a representative of our brand, the social media specialist will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services and articulating our company’s positions on various corporate governance matters.

The social media specialist’s expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate user-generated content
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Required Skills

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Fluency in English
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations

A successful candidate should be prepared to submit and complete the following as part ofonboarding requirements.

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance

• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip

• 2×2 & Half body picture with white background

• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).

• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)

• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)

• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
