We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Station Head (Benguet). For those of you who live in Benguet (Others) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Ninja Van PH, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Station Head – Pickups (SH) is the person-in-charge of their respective hubs and last mile mile operations.
Station Heads must ensure that the hub meet the target Key Results Area of each hub such as but not limited to Cost Per Parcel, Pick-up / RTS success rates, and customer satisfaction.
The Station Head also monitors the performance of all the Assistant Station Heads and ensures that the hub is properly staffed during extended / weekend operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 of experience in the supply chain/logistics industry.
- Proven experience in working cross-functionally – proposing and executing initiatives that require multi-department collaboration
- Experience in supervising a team
- Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs.
- Prior experience with a start-up and a logistics company is preferred but not required.
