The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

We are looking for Transition Coordinator to join our growing team in Baguio City!
Responsibilities:
- Processing sales and refinancing documents through Homewise and Ticket Requests.
- Transferring unit ownership and posting title checks after-sale
- Approving and coordinating moves and deliveries
- Recording leases and tenants’ information.
- Approving leases for selected associations
- Taking phone calls for Sales, Leasing, & Moves
Qualifications:
- Extremely high degree of comfort and fluency in English. This is essential for this job.
- Flexibility with respect to work schedule. We will want this person’s schedule to overlap with our Chicago-based business hours.
- High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software like Google Suite.
