The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

The Tax and PEZA Compliance Officer is responsible for leading the compliance of the company on local and national taxation requirements, Board of Investment (BOI) and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related degree
- Passed the CPA licensure exam is an advantage
- Post-graduate degree is an advantage
- At least 5-7 years of combined experience in accounting and tax and PEZA compliance
- Leadership and people management skills
- Financial analysis skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Oral and written communication skills

- Expertise in taxation management
- Knowledge in business law
