We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱30,000 - ₱42,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.
The Engineer (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) will support the Global Technical Support Center (GTSC) in its various local and international projects. The position is hybrid arrangement with occasional visit in Subic, Zambales office.
Our salary range for this position, based on the market data, is Php250-500/hour (range varies depending on experience and qualifications)
Key responsibilities:
- Design, and prepare detailed design drawings, project specifications, cost estimates, construction schedules, and other requirements needed for the proper implementation of the project.
- Devises new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts, and graphs, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes and accepted engineering practices
- Follow and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for design review and project mobilization as necessary
- Select appropriate materials and equipment for the project with due consideration for safety, efficiency, standardization, and costs
- Coordinate the computer-aided simulations in close cooperation with the other development departments
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering (Mechanical or Civil or Electrical) course
- Licensed Mechanical or Civil or Electrical Engineer is essential
- Design experience gained from any of the following industries/companies: building construction; solar power; shipyard or any government facilities
- Minimum of seven years of experience in design or construction management
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other MS Applications
- Willing to travel as well as very good command of spoken and written English
