We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! 1) Promote the highest sense of responsibility and awareness to attain zero incident on marine environment and other forms of pollution.
2) Ensure the hiring of the right person for the right position based on the established marina safe minimum manning standard and to act as bridge for the harmonious and mutual relationship between sea based and land based personnel in coordination with HR sea
3) Ensure efficient maintenance conformant with ISO/ISM standard in relation to the preventive maintenance system applicable on hull, machineries, electrical installation and other deck machineries and equipment.
4) Execute full implementation of safety and security measures to protect passengers, safeguard cargoes and crew against inherent dangers at port or at sea.
5) Uphold the company policies and commitment on a drug free environment and adherence to the legal requirements against alcohol and drug abuse in the work place.
6) Identify training needs of shipboard personnel, to enhance their competence and skill in the general operation in the vessel, and promote individual training needs in coordination with Crewing and Training
7) Monitor the efficient and prompt departure of all GSS vessel at all ports of call in compliance to the KPI set forth by the management.
Requirements
A graduate of 4 yr course preferably: Maritime Course
Work Related Experience
At least 5 years work related experience in Shipping Industry
with at least 3 years supervisory experience.
