We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Description:

Be part of our client’s team as an Accounting Clerk, and you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission. You will work closely with our Chicago-based accounting department, aiding in the seamless onboarding of newly acquired properties. Your attention to detail will shine as you meticulously record and code transactions, ensuring accuracy in our day-to-day, weekly, and monthly financial processes. In addition, you’ll take the reins of essential bookkeeping functions, ensuring our financial records are in impeccable order.

Your contributions won’t stop there. You’ll also be instrumental in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents, all while adhering to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. Shift: Night (Mon-Fri 9:00PM – 6:00AM)

Work setup: Hybrid, NTB Baguio

What do you need to have to get hired?

  • Possession of at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in building rapport with team members, colleagues, clients, and service providers.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and night shift schedule

What does your day look like?

  • Collaborate with the Chicago-based accounting department to facilitate the onboarding process of newly acquired properties.
  • Accurately record and code transactions based on bank information and uploaded supporting documents on a day-to-day, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Perform essential bookkeeping functions.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving the necessary results.
