We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Description
Be part of our client’s team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where your vital responsibilities include processing and recording monthly condominium dues, maintaining billing systems, generating invoices and account statements, conducting owner reconciliations, and providing critical support for financial management and analysis. You’ll also be at the forefront of resolving outstanding balances, maintaining records, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports. Your role extends to guiding and training new team members, making you a cornerstone in our client’s mission to redefine property management in Chicago.
Here’s the overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Night (Mon-Fri 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Work Setup: Hybrid, NTB Baguio
What do I need to get hired?
- Preferred: 1-3 years of similar accounting experience.
- Excellent educational credentials with a focus on accounts receivables, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
- Strong English-language communication skills (both oral and written).
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work independently and make decisions in alignment with established policies and procedures.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required; new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
What will your day look like?
- Process and record timely monthly condominium dues/assessments from homeowners.
- Pursue resolutions toward outstanding homeowner balances.
- Collect other incomes to be put toward the association’s financial accounts.
- Maintain assigned associations’ billing system.
- Generate invoices and account statements.
- Perform account owner reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
- Assist in the production of monthly financial and management reports.
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or owner inquiries on their account ledgers.
- Provide support to the accounting team in training new team members.
- Assist in general financial management and analysis.
