Job Description

Your role as an Accounts Receivable Specialist will be pivotal in credit application assistance and subsequent AR functions. You’ll need a minimum of 12 months’ experience in accounts receivable or advanced administration. With meticulous attention to detail, you’ll navigate tasks like processing credit applications, coordinating invoicing, and maintaining customer communications. Your proficiency with Microsoft applications, professional demeanor, and adaptability to new programs will shine.

Here’s an overview of your future role:

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Day (Mon – Fri 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM)

Work Setup: Onsite, Baguio City

What do you need to succeed?

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or advanced administration, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. A minimum of 12 months’ experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft applications.
  • A professional and friendly attitude.
  • Computer savvy skills and the ability to swiftly learn new programs.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player, readily assisting others when necessary.
  • Reliability with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with customers, both internally and externally, via email.
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks, such as data entry of credit application information.
