We are hiring for candidates in the residents of National Capital Reg and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Accounting Head in our business office, Ayala Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Ayala Coop).

Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or even higher and greatly experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities and Duties
Manages the Accounting Department and ensures compliance with financial procedures
• Responsible for the development of policies, systems and improvements in accounting controls
• Reviews/approves journal entries and maintains books of accounts (Cash Receipt, Cash Disbursement & General Journal) and other accounting records
• Handles monthly closing procedures (recording of investment transactions, lapsing schedules, accruals, etc.)
• Prepares monthly financial statements and drafts the annual audited financial statements
• Handles requirements of internal and external auditors
• Ensures timely preparation, submission and payment of tax returns
• Ensures compliance of Accounting Team with internal and external commitments
• Reviews and handles recording of Ayala Coop’s payroll and remittances to government agencies
• Other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications
· Must be a Certified Public Accountant
· Applicants with leadership & management experience will have an advantage
· Willing to work in Makati
· Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
