Job Summary
· To provide clerical and administrative support to the Office of the Corporate Secretary by documenting proceedings and providing the needed resources in the conduct of Board and Committee meetings
Duties and Responsibilities
· Handles the transcription of proceedings during Committee and Board meetings
· Assists in the preparation and dissemination of notices of meetings as well as in the documentation of the Committee and Board meetings
· Assist in the preparation of materials and visual presentations to be used during committee and board meetings
· Maintains neat and orderly files of all correspondence, minutes of meetings, resolutions and other documents and ensures confidentiality
· Provides clerical and administrative support to the Board of Trustees during meetings
· Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual
· Performs other related functions as directed by superiors
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Strong composition and prioritizing skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Good written and oral communication skills
