We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Healthcare & Practitioner/Medical Asst with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of ₱25,000 - ₱30,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for After-sales support for product lines assigned.
2. Promotes and increases product awareness, proper handling, and best use of products.
3. Train and support respective product lines in the government and private sectors.
4. Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets.
5. Staffing trade exhibitions and demonstrations.
6. Work closely with our customers to promote respective products, and organize marketing campaigns as and when needed.
7. Build, monitor, and analyze market share data by key business segments for the clinical market.
8. Organize and coordinate product launch activities align them with local market dynamics, develop the feature and benefit scenario, and produce local sales presentations.
9. Train and support focal persons for each account.
10. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
11. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- With working experience in a molecular laboratory handling blood bank, coagulation, blood gas, or molecular diagnostics.
- Must be willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines from time to time.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills both written and oral.
- Detail-oriented and willing to be trained.
- Confident and Excellent Presentation skills.
