We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱18,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the recruitment process.
- Receives and monitor manpower request.
- Prepares job adverts.
- Sources out applicants using different hiring mediums (job street, indeed, newspapers, job fairs)
- Conducts preliminary interviews for office-based applicants (rank file and supervisory level) and recommends potential candidates to department managers for further interview.
- Make job offer to applicants who passed the final interview (Rank & File up, Supervisor and Manager).
- Prepares employment contracts of rank and file, supervisory, and managerial new hires.
- Endorses applicants for orientation.
- Responsible in onboarding newly hired employees.
- Orient newly regularized employees of the employee benefits.
- Responsible in keeping track of leave time such as vacation, holidays personal or sick days of employees.
- Prepares memorandums and letters internal and external.
- Perform any task or instructions by the employer.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- AB Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resources Development Management graduate or any related 4-year course.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft office.
- Must be a team player, flexible.
- Sense of commitment.
- Diligent with great attention to detail, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented.
