JOB DESCRIPTION
He/She will be responsible as the main contact on our portfolio of accounts and will be responsible for ensuring all client needs are managed and projects are monitored in order to deliver the client’s requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responds to customer inquiries and generates feedback for improvement, addresses issues raised, and resolves them promptly in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- To seek out prospective clients by presenting the company’s products and services while engaging them through the use of corporate sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
- Meet with client to discuss projects and understand client requirements.
- Ensure all information from client meetings/discussions are relayed internally so that everyone in the team is updated and aligned.
- Present creative proposals to client for discussion and approval
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
- With at least 3 years work experience in sales and events management.
- Has strong interpersonal skills, ability to relate to people, work in teams and manage conflict.
- Has experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Strong communication skills which include active listening, verbal presentation as well as excellent writing capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks, and is flexible.
- High emotional intelligence, patient, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to solve problems through creativity, reasoning, experience, information and available resources.
- Computer literate.
- Must be willing to render weekends, holiday and after-hours work associated with events.
- Full-Time position.
- Must be willing to start ASAP.
