For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Eastwest Ageas Insurance, and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:End to end claims processing which includes analyzing if a claim is payable or not, recommends a decision to supervisor, and communicates to relevant stakeholders regarding claims status. Duties and Responsibilities:1. Responds to queries in a timely manner
2. Collect required claim documents from client and evaluate to establish if payable and provide feedback on agreed TAT’s and SLA’s.
3. Validate status of individual coverage prior to claims processing.
4. To process the claim according to its validity based on contract provisions, definitions and exclusions.5. Identify the proper beneficiary/claimant based on documentations provided.
6. Recommends cases for approval. Participates in analysis and recommendations of cases referred to the Executive in charge for decision on requests for reconsideration, doubtful or exception cases.
7. Timely delivery of claim proceeds 
8. Prepares and sends correspondence to the policy owner, beneficiary or advisor or other concerned parties pertaining to claims processing.
9. Resolve customer complaints, offer viable courses or action and/or recommend handling of exceptional cases for management approval.
10. Preparation of financial and non-financial reports
11. Serves as SME for group initiatives which includes preparation of business requirements, test cases, execution and validation. Essential Skills / Qualifications:1. Should be a holder a bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education or qualification. Medical related course is a preferred.2. Work / Insurance experience for 2 years
3. Computer literate on MS applications
4. Have taken LOMA is a plus
