This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in National Capital Reg and its surroundings.

If you are a Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant, a person who honesty and discipline, then you are highly awaited in our company.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱18,000 - ₱21,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

WORKING DAYS: MONDAY TO SATURDAY (8:30AM – 5:30PM)

Qualifications:

  • 21 – 30 years of age
  • Graduate of Bachelor / College degree in Business Administration/Management/Secretarial/or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
  • Writes legibly and communicates well verbally.
  • Reliable math skills
  • Can work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Able to understand tasks and work with minimal supervision
  •  Willing to take on other tasks that might be needed to complete workflow
  • Able to prioritize work and set aside personal issues when in the workplace.
  •  Able to work well with others in a professional setting
  • Portrays a good level of professionalism, trustworthy, and respects confidentiality of the workplace information.
  • Hardworking, honest, dedicated, loyal, attentive and a fast learner.
  •  Willing to learn and adapt, and take helpful criticism on work when needed.
  • Prior work experience as a secretary and exposure to database encoding is an advantage.
  • THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME OPENING.

 JOB Responsibility

  • Encoding data on spare parts orders/ sales/ SKU generation/ inventory.
  • Filing and sorting paper documents.
  • Taking orders and facilitating the preparation and invoicing.
  • Answer calls over the phone, list down orders, print sent orders, and reply on electronic platform.
  • Compiling data on Microsoft office for study and presentation.
  • Assist in inventory inquiries by customers and other staff to ensure smooth transactions.
  •  Checking physical inventory against data when necessary.
