Responsibilities
• Oversees and organizes the daily activities of the company (end-to-end process)
• Actively canvass and negotiate with suppliers (including Chinese suppliers) to establish the purchase price, terms, and delivery schedule in-line with the requestor’s request.
• Manages supplier relations and negotiation of contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Monitors delivery of goods and services, and ensures that the terms & conditions are being carried out effectively
• Maintains database, records, and other related documentation
• Recheck departmental approvals and manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner for internal & external communication.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the VP
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written)
- Can work in BGC, Taguig
- No minimum years of experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a business-related field like Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good understanding of policies, guidelines, and procedures in procurement operations
- Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
