Our company RAFI MICRO-FINANCE is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Albay (Legazpi City) & Albay (Others) and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of branch manager (bicol branches) and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱22,000 - ₱25,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a micro-finance institution or in a related field
- Willing to do Field Work
- With Driver’s License and Knows how to drive a motorcycle
- Willing to be assigned ANYWHERE in Bicol, Naga, Camsur
Technical Functional Skills:
- Familiarity with cashflow-based lending assessment
- Adept in portfolio management
- Knows basic accounting and marketing
- Familiarity with financial analysis
- Analytical, focused and with a passion for development work
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, and familiar with the use of Internet and Mobile Technology
- Comfortable with Field Work
Organizational Skills:
- Highly Organized
- With good customer relations
- Good leadership skills, focused and is able to monitor, track and provide clear reports of the results of the Branch
- Fair, excellent judgment and decision making skills
- Able to organize thoughts and communicate it with the team, clients and with individuals at all levels

- Managing daily operations of the branch.
- Supervision of branch staff in implementing Microfinance program strategies.
