First Balfour, Inc. has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Albay (Others), Leyte (Others) & Negros Occidental (Bacolod) and surrounding areas as scaffolding inspector with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Building/Construction & Civil/Construction.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the Construction Industry specializing in Power Plant (Hydropower plant, Binary Plant, Chemical, Geothermal, LNG Facilities and Refineries,) Overhead Transmission Lines & Substation/ Switchyards, Infrastructure Projects, and Railways
- Preferably Certified (CISRS) Construction Industry Scaffolding Record Scheme and/or with TESDA NC II Certification and Advanced Scaffold Safety Training or Scaffold Erection Training or equivalent
- With 40 hours (BOSH) Basic Occupational Safety and Health or (COSH) Construction Safety Training.
- Willing to be assigned in Sorsogon, Leyte and Negros Occidental
Responsibilities:
- Assess, inspect, impede and safety check of erected scaffolding
- Coordinate with Operation or Scaffolding Supervisor or Foreman for the proper erection of scaffolding
- Inspections of scaffolds after changes / alterations have been made
- Assist and recommend the proper scaffold materials to be used on site
- Ensure safety standards and procedures are being met prior, during and after scaffolding works
