We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Clinic based Nurse. For candidates who reside in Albay (Others) & Ilocos Norte and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Company Confidential and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Patient Treatment
- Performs intradermal, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.
- Explain treatment regimen to patients.
- Advise patient of his/her next clinic visit schedule.
B. Patient Recording
- Fill up and update patient health record.
- Document special cases such as allergic allergic reaction/s.
C. Administrative Tasks
- Fill up reporting template/s and send summary of reports daily.
- Reordering of clinic supplies.
- Secure clinic permits
D. Inventory Management
- Daily inventory keeping and reporting.
- Send request for inventory replenishment to Clinic Operations Supervisor.
- Inspect inventory delivered before acknowledging receipt
- Ensure proper cold chain from receipt of stock to storage
- Follow SOP’s in case of power disruptions
- Achieve zero (0) waste management
- Ensure implementation of clustering method at all times
E. Health Awareness
F. Relationship Management
G. Cash Management
- Reports daily sales
- Report discrepancies in sales versus cash deposits.
- Bank Transactions (sales)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer literate (Microsoft office)
- With above-average intelligence, highly responsible, trustworthy, proficient communication skills, hardworking, and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing (Registered Nurse) or equivalent.
Will be assigned in one of the following FVSC Clinics:
- Bicol Region: Guinobatan, Albay
- Ilocos Norte
