We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Services & Lawyer/Legal Asst with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. What You’ll Do:

  • Navigating Regulatory: Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating compliance risks. By establishing robust procedures, you’ll ensure that our operations consistently meet and exceed all regulatory requirements.
  • Empowering Communication: Foster a culture of clear and open communication within the bank. You’ll lead the charge in interpreting and addressing complex BSP regulations, policies, and circulars, making sure that everyone is on the same page.
  • Regulatory Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, with a special focus on nurturing connections with the BSP Supervision and Examination Sector (SES). Your engagement will keep us up to date with the latest regulatory updates and shape our compliance strategies.
  • Expert Consultation: When questions arise about the intricacies of laws and regulations, you’ll be the go-to person. Your collaboration with SES and other BP sectors will provide clarity and solutions to compliance challenges.
  • Strategic Clarity: Provide clarity on the application and interpretation of applicable laws and regulations. Your insights will guide decision-making and ensure our activities are aligned with the spirit of the law.
  • Driving Corrective Action: Elevate compliance matters to top management. Collaborate with COO, Center Heads, and other key stakeholders to address findings, exceptions, or violations identified by BSP during their examinations.
  • Boardroom Presence: Participate in Board of Directors meetings to present management’s responses to BSP’s Reports of Examination. Your contributions will highlight our commitment to compliance excellence, especially following general examinations.
  • Proactive Adaptation: Keep a finger on the pulse of regulatory changes. Engage with Business Compliance Officers and Division Compliance Officers to evaluate the impact of new banking laws, rules, and amendments on our operations and subsidiaries.
