We are a Web3/blockchain VC fund, and we need someone to manage the day-to-day tasks as well as initial customer-facing interactions with new leads and opportunities that come our way.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant to support the CEO of one of the divisions in the company.

In this role, you will partner closely with the direct team and execute day-to-day responsibilities, working behind the scenes to help scale the Hansa Accelerator division and help it run smoothly.

We are a small team, so this role will be fast-paced and dynamic. It will provide the right person with unmatched exposure to the inner workings of a growing fund/accelerator as it scales and launches early-stage web3/blockchain technology companies. If you are excited by entrepreneurship and startups and want exposure to venture and the internal operations of growing businesses, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are currently getting 50+ new leads every week that are reaching out to us via Twitter/Telegram.

We will need you to message and interact with each to gather more information from them, conduct initial vetting (we will provide a process) and pass through the highest quality leads through our direct team.

All while boosting our brand image with professionalism and clear and positive communication.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and optimize comprehensive calendaring, always looking around corners, anticipating needs, and maintaining an ever-changing schedule.
  • Be the face of the company to NEW leads that come through our channels (these will be web3 founders and potential partners) – be able to represent the office and the CEO in a professional and positive way.
  • Work to structure the Managing Partner’s priorities, preparation, and follow-up for meetings in a timely and efficient fashion.
  • Coordination and messaging between different stakeholders (Investors, Team members, community members, clients and new potential clients)
  • Telegram/Twitter replies and messages with initial leads that come through our social media accounts
  • Database building (eg. updating email or contact lists on your CRM)

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in an Assistant role working closely with business operations, strategy, and/or project management (ideally at a VC fund, technology company, financial institution, or start-up.)
  • Independent drive and processes optimization. You look for ways to do work better and improve how we operate.
  • Proactive communication and willingness to iterate and partner with key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding project management skills focused on hitting deadlines consistently, communicating changes, or asking for help when needed.
  • Exceptionally organized with a structured system for completing tasks/projects while constantly re-prioritizing according to evolving needs.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, often over communicating to ensure nothing slips through the cracks and effectively navigating ambiguity.
  • Highly strategic thinker, capable of looking at existing processes, systems, and workflows. Constantly think of ways to improve the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A self-starter with a “no-task-is-too-small-or-big” mindset.
  • When faced with something unfamiliar, you are happy to ask questions and think creatively to find ways to deliver results.
  • The right individual will pay meticulous attention to detail while having to shift between tasks and priorities on a regular basis.
