Working Hours : 8a-5p CDT/CST, Monday-Friday (required)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to enter Customer Purchase Order information into our software to create accurate Sales Orders for processing and validate Ship Order information.
The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills. This is a new role for our company, so candidates with experience collaborating to create documentation and procedures for new roles are highly preferred. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Business Intelligence.
All equipment required for this position will be provided by the client: Laptop, Monitor, Docking Station, Keyboard, Mouse.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
– Accurately and efficiently enter text and numerical information from Customer – Purchase Orders into our order management software.
– Data validation among our order management software, Customer Purchase Orders, and our proprietary quote software.
– Data validation for Shipping Orders.
– Update existing data based on change orders or revised Customer Purchase Orders.
– All other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
– Ability to work 8a-5p CDT/CST, Monday-Friday
– Data Entry (1+ years)
– Processing Purchase Orders, Change Orders (1+ years)
– Experience with enterprise order management software (1+ years)
– Intermediate proficiency in Excel (1+ years)
– Good to excellent communication skills in English
– Effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment
