DBP Service Corporation has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Taguig City and surrounding areas as dost fnri: registered nurse / safety officer (so2) - urgent with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Healthcare & Practitioner/Medical Asst.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱25,000 - ₱30,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

1. Provides emergency medical services and treatment for ill and injured employees such as first aid, checking of vital signs, health interview, dispensing of medicines, and health maintenance activities which are within the scope allowed by the nursing profession
2. Observes, monitors and records the patient’s symptoms and conditions
3. Prepares and keeps employees the patient consultation or treatment records and other related records such as APE or PEME with strict confidentiality.
4. Follows up with employees on significant findings of timely reported results of annual medical examination and or pre-employment medical examination to ensure findings are monitored and addressed, thus maintain employees’ fitness to work.
5. Accompanies or refers the inured of ill employee to the nearest hospital or treatment/health facility in case of accident or emergency.
6. Timely prepares and submits reports required such as those required by DOST-Central Office and by the OSH standards.
7. Participates in the inspection and evaluation of the working environment to detect health and safety hazards
8. Performs health counselling and comes up with helpful tips in preventing illnesses and accidents among employees
9. Maintains case bulletin for COVID-19 and other significant health related information and updates
10. Periodically prepares purchase requisition of medicines and necessary clinic supplies to ensure availability
11. Assists in the purchase of medicines and clinic supplies.
12. Assists on planning and organization of work, including the design of the workplace, on the choice, maintenance, and condition of machinery and other equipment, and on substances used in work
13. Conducts medical surveillance through medical records such as clinic consultations, APE results and or PEME for employees occupational related illnesses.
14. Assists in the identification, assessment and control of the risks from health hazards (HIRAC) in the workplace
15. Participates in the development of health and safety programs for the improvement of working practices and work environment.
16. Participates in the development and maintenance of occupational safety and health programs, as permanent member of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee
17. Collaborates in providing information, training and education in the fields of occupational health. especially on the mandatory OSH programs related to health
18. Maintains the clinic
19. Works closely with the Safety Officer for development and implementation of OSH programs and monitoring compliance with OSH standards a assigned by the Superior from time to time
