Job Title: Executive Assistant
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 PM – 5 AM PHT (with occasional morning and weekend flexibility, particularly during client travel)
Salary Range: $1,200 – $2,00 per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling: Efficiently managing and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events to optimize time and productivity.
- Travel Arrangement: Organizing travel logistics including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Effective Communication: Skillfully handling emails, texts, and voice communications to facilitate clear and timely correspondence.
- Personal Preferences: Learning and remembering the personal preferences of the employer’s family members, including spouse and children, to enhance their experience.
- Qualifications: Collaborating with multiple parties to manage and streamline schedules effectively.
- Real Estate Understanding: Demonstrating a high level of understanding of real estate concepts to provide informed support in related matters.
- Office Software Proficiency: Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to assist in creating reports, documents, and presentations.

- Experience: Drawing from 5-10 years of experience in similar roles to ensure a strong foundation in executive support.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

- Scheduling Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders.
