What are your responsibilities?
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner for internal and external communication
- Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion in handling information coming from or entrusted by the Company Executives
- Integrate data from various sources and prepare business report for decision-making
- Work closely with various departments to ensure project deliverables
- Track meetings and task assignment to ensure proper prioritization of targets
- Perform any other relevant duties needed
Who are we looking for?
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing/typing Mandarin
- Excellent communication skills using English and Filipino
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Must be willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
- Can start immediately
