Job Description:
● Search, screen, and retrieve potential employees resumes to identify suitable candidates
● Communicate with recruiters, agents, and expats
● Conduct the interviews and onboarding of expats
● Handle the processing of travel requirements and reimbursement
● Content creation and manage chinese social media platforms
● Update, monitor, and organize the data in HR-related trackers
• Maintains database, records, and other related documentation
• Recheck departmental approvals and manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner for internal & external communication.
● Assist in special projects and other duties, which will require some report writing and research
● Timekeeping
● Other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Qualifications:
● Great English and Mandarin communication and writing skills
● Must possess at least basic proficiency in using MS Office/Google applications, especially Excel/Google Spreadsheet
● Diligent and pays great attention to detail
