The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱16,000 to a maximum of ₱38,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Key responsibilities:

o Issue Official Receipts to customers who pay Rockwell by wire transfer.

o Print out Official Receipts to deliver to customers and arrange the company messenger to pick up checks from customers based on the Credit team’s instruction.

o Follow up and communicate with related functions to get Official Receipts from vendors.

o Collect BIR Form 2307 from customers.

o Get TIN (Tax Identify Number) from new customers/vendors for the tax declaration.

o Issue tax certificates (BIR Form 2307) to vendors.

o Code WHT in Onbase.

o Notarize, print out, and copy CD accounting books at fiscal year‐end to submit to the local tax

authority.

o Assist in providing/printing invoices or supporting documents during the annual external audit, tax

audit, and tax filling.

o Annually Provide financial documents to Local Admin for business license renewal.

o File all hard copies of finance documents.

Requirements:

-Finance/Accounting Degree

‐ Knowledge of accounting and tax.

‐ Be able to use accounting software, such as SAP
