We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of HR - Legal Officer | Labor Relations | Any Manila Site. For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

We are looking for an HR – Legal Officer  for our Legal department who can work from the PH office.

Job Purpose:

The HR – Legal Officer  will assist the Legal Relations Officer / HR Director in managing and organizing all legal matters pertaining to the company’s operations in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. They will be responsible for performing a variety of law-related tasks, including conducting legal research, managing client and public records, drafting documents, and maintaining an organized and structured legal filing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Legal Relations Officer in managing the company’s legal operations to ensure compliance with local, national, and international law.
  2. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements ensuring the protection of the company’s interest.
  3. Conduct legal research and investigations as required; analyze and summarize legal information.
  4. Liaise with external legal entities (e.g., external counsels, courts, government agencies).
  5. Manage and maintain databases of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  6. Assist in the development of company policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
  7. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding legal matters.
  8. Assist in preparing briefs, bills, contracts, claims, resolutions, and other legal documents.
  9. Assist in legal processes such as contract renewals, license renewals, etc.
  10. Participate in the formulation of strategies for dispute resolutions and lawsuits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, or related field. Having a Paralegal certificate is a plus.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a BPO environment or a multinational company.
  3. Proficient in legal research tools and software.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Filipino.
  5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
  9. Willing to work onsite and will be tagged on preferred Metro Manila IBEX site.
