Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of benefits and leave programs, responding to employee inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and tracking of employee performance evaluations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- An eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Must be able to commit to the internship duration and follow the designated schedule.
