We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Interior Design Drafter. For candidates who reside in Bohol & Cebu (Cebu City) and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at ATENARK CORPORATION and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Building/Construction & Architect/Interior Design with a minimum Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree.
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱18,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

AtenArk was founded back in 2018. Throughout the years, we’ve accumulated a substantial client base for residential, offices and commercial projects. In line with our expansion plans, we’re hiring an Interior Design Drafter to handle the design/drafting of our future projects.
Job Description
- Prepare drawings for interior, joineries and other engineering layouts as needed
- Translate design concepts into design details or construction drawings
- Prepare bill of quantities
- Coordinating with contractors, architectural & engineering designers and other stakeholders to ensure construction meet design specifications
- Coordinate with government agencies and property management for building requirements and permits
- Visit site to supervise progress when necessary
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in interior design, moodboards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings
- Min 1 year of experience
- Proficient in Autocad, sketch up, and other 3D software
- Able to accept constructive criticisms and comments
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral
- Proficient in writing emails
- Passionate about interior design
- Flexible and able to adapt to different situations
- Willing to work for projects in Bohol
