We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Taguig City and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in our business office, DBP Service Corporation.

Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Building/Construction & Property/Real Estate are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱40,000 - ₱42,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Minimum Qualifications;
- Three (3) years of relevant experience:
- Microsoft and Google Suite Lirterate:
- Willing to travel for the conduct of inventory, property inspection, and hauling of movable assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct appraisal and market study on the present market value of unserviceable properties due for disposal;
- Conduct inspection and appraisal of BCDA properties due for insurance renewal (amounting to P10M and below);
- Prepare necessary documents in relation to the disposal of unserviceable assets, and application for insurance renewal for various BCDA properties within and outside Metro Manila;
- Assess the condition of various movable and immovable properties; and,
- Maintain inventory of appraised values of BCDA’s various properties being monitored by the PMD
- Conduct annual physical inventory; and,
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned and required by BCDA.
