Responsibilities
- Manually pull data from the API feed to refresh the website on an ongoing basis
- Monitor Live feed for Live odds on sporting events and update the backend system
- Retrieve final score data and update won/lost data
- Ensure proper payout/ deductions based on game results
- Monitor CX inbox and triage requests and questions
- Send confirmation emails to customers based on game results (** can be used to verify scores)
- Manage client CX comms and escalate as needed – client to provide questions / FAQ
- Perform other ad-hoc data entry tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience as an Operations Assistant / Data Entry Function
- Passion & understanding for US sports (examples: basketball, football , baseball, etc.)
- Basic to intermediate Excel/Sheets experience
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
Nice to Have:
- 1+ years experience managing organic social media (content moderation, posting)
- Background in customer service role (Gmail) Background in ops for American sports industry
