We are hiring for the position of Safety Officer with full time working hours for our company office, Le Bron Construction, for residents of National Capital Reg and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Engineering & Environmental and at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.
Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱18,000 - ₱20,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

- Conduct inspection of project sites to ensure a hazard-free environment
- Assess safety plans laid out for the project
- Verify quality of tools and equipment
- Promote safe practices onsite
- Conduct investigations and create reports on accidents
- Respond to workers’ safety concerns
- Manage all communications with government departments in regards of safety
- Coordinate all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste
- Assist with the preparation of a construction health and safety plan
- Attend project planning meetings and collaborating with other professionals
- Establish and maintain health and safety communication structures
- Test effectiveness of site emergency response plans
- Monitor all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.
