JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for appraisal of property through desk or ocular inspection for the purpose of loan, restructuring, foreclosure and sale endorsed by various groups.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably Graduate of Real Estate Management
- Related work experience in all types of property appraisal, & Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, an advantage
- Attention to Details, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Communication
- Willing to travel
