As the brand continues to grow its presence in Northern Mindanao, Engr. Mark Gesalem added to its franchise chain the City of Iligan. It opened its first shop in 1996 under the Corporate Name, Oro Grande Food Chain, Inc. which is open 24 hours meant to serve its customers morning through night.Since then, there are 12 Dunkin Donuts stores positioned in Iligan City to address every consumer demand.
In November 199, the territory of Butuan was added among its franchise chain and opened the first Dunkin Donut Shop in JC Aquino St.,Butuan City under the corporate name, Rio Grande Food Chain, Inc.Today, a total of eleven shops are operating to satisfy the valued customers of Butuan.
In turn, it is also building the management and operational infrastructure to establish the capacity to deliver the best quality products equaled with impeccable service at the least possible cost.
In the process of expansion, GEFCI embarks on continuous improvement programs through Organizational Development and Training to strengthen its management system’s efficiency and effectively in delivering results while at the same time creating the necessary pool of skills and expertise not only to increase productivity but also to empower employees.
