We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Property Specialist - Cagayan de Oro. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing and marketing Alveo Land’s real estate portfolio (condo, residential lots, office and commercial lots) in the Philippines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms.
Negotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale.
Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products.
Meet required sales quota every quarter.
