We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Associate Manager-Legal Transcription & Document Support + 30,000 Joining Bonus. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

  • Act as a vital link between the client and the operations team. Participate in client calls, interact with clients.
  • Manage a team of document support and transcription specialists or any other team members that may be added with a different product line.
  • Create Root Cause analysis, action plans and implement/ communicate feedback to the operations team.
  • Control cost through effective utilization of personnel, materials and equipment.
  • Recognize and reward performance and behavioral problems in team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered.
  • Contribute in the preparation of the team Profit and Loss statement on a monthly basis
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day shift activities
  • Responsible for achieving site metrics in quality and productivity as well as ensuring that all customer related SLAs are achieved
  • Plan reserve staffing to manage queues
  • Evaluate recommended software and deal with and report any problems that may arise
  • Assist in production and quality control of jobs
  • Evaluate and sustain adequate capacity
  • Accountable for tracking shift utilization, capacity, attendance, training, productivity, employee discipline and performance
  • Introduce initiatives to further improve the performance of the team to attain specific targets
  • Maintain accurate reports
  • Monitor trends and take appropriate action to ensure goals are met.
  • Manage and control costs to achieve revenue targets per employee
  • Develop strong inter-personal relationships with the team
  • Coach, counsel and train team members
  • Develop an environment that provides motivation and development opportunities for the team
  • Introduce initiatives for team development
  • Support and develop direct reports in their work
  • Recognize and reward performance and ensure welfare measures are carried out
  • Ensure adherence to security norms including print security and physical access procedures in the team
  • Ensure appropriate security for all desktops, printers and any other IT equipment used by the team
  • Ensure all members of the team go through security and compliance awareness programs as per policy

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any Degree in College

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office, with focus on technical expertise with formatting on MS Word
  • Must be amenable to work during day and night shift schedules
