We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Attorney III (Contract of Service). We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱60,000 - ₱70,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drafts contractual agreements and other related documents Memorandum of Agreement – (MOA)/Memorandum of Understanding (MOU);
2. Ensures contractual agreements are in accordance with the appropriate laws, rules and regulations. Ensure that it is in the best interest of the government;
3. Leads in managing procurement process, including ensuring that timelines are met, contract negotiations and institutional developments;
4. Reviews procurement documents i.e. TOR, REOI etc;
5. Ensures that the procurement process is compliant with the World Bank/AFD procurement guidelines and RA 9184;
6. Provides inputs in resolving legal issues on procurement, implementation arrangements entered by the DOTr e.g. Memorandum of Agreements in relation to ROW Acquisition, Resettlements, safeguard compliance, etc;
7. Assists the team on relevant matters such as dealing with administrative issues, stakeholder’s consultation, etc;
8. Monitors the bidding process and conducts market sounding with the contractors;
9. Provides legal opinion on all matters related to the BRT Project
10. Conduct site visits, stakeholder consultations, or to attend meetings with any relevant institution or party, or to attend to any matter whether in or outside of Metro Manila or within the Philippines as may be required by the Department or as may be necessary in the discharge of his duties under this contract; and
11. Performs other task relative to the position as may be assigned from time to time.
