Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in driving our marketing efforts by creating website shops or funnels, possessing in-depth product knowledge, demonstrating copywriting skills, meeting strict deadlines, and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics. You will collaborate with various departments, leverage social media platforms, stay updated with marketing trends, conduct market research, and maintain accurate records and reports. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize website shops or funnels to drive traffic, increase conversions, and generate sales.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value propositions and key benefits.
• Utilize strong copywriting skills to create persuasive and engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media posts.
• Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and consistent brand messaging.
• Leverage various social media platforms like Tiktok to engage with target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement through paid and organic marketing
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to identify innovative marketing strategies and opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide actionable insights to drive marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, expenses, and results, and generate reports to track progress and performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school graduate with diploma to college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Experience in marketing or a related role, with a focus on website creation, product knowledge, copywriting, and meeting deadlines is a plus.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Tech savvy and has a proactive attitude
• Background/knowledge in digital marketing is a plus
• Must be willing to work onsite
