We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Client Administration. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description: 

  • This talent should be all about providing and maintaining a world-class customer experience as it will heavily focus on client management, administrative, and executive assistance.
  • Assists the CEO with daily schedule and duties, managing calendar, commitments, and travel arrangements (planning itineraries, developing agendas and meeting materials, reporting expenses, etc.)
  • Prepares and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Would also cover accounting-related tasks such as filling out payments request with proper coding, reconciling invoices; assist, enter, and process approved payments; request and maintain an inventory of supplies
  • Develops and maintain various financial databases and report

Qualifications:

  • A 3-year experience doing client management, executive assistance, or the like (preferably with at least 1 year Australian background/exposure)
  • Must have experience working in any accounting firm.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course
  • Well-equipped with presentation and facilitation skills
  • Can manage all incoming E-mail, phone calls, and appointments of the client
  • Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm

  • Rockwell, Mandaluyong City
