We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Central Luzon & National Capital Reg and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Business Analyst in our business office, GlobalTek BPO Inc.

Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or even higher and greatly experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Top Management are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱80,000 - ₱120,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

GlobalTek PH is looking for Business Analysts to help our organization achieve its goals by working with various stakeholders and understanding the life cycle of a process or a project.
Job Description:
The successful candidates will need to:
◾Gather, review, and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
◾Create reports, dashboards, visualizations, and data tables in Excel and other data analytics platforms.
◾Build charts and graphs to assist in business modeling and forecasting.
◾Develop and maintain reporting tools.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
◾Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
◾Effectively communicating your insights and plans to management.
◾Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
◾Working closely with technicians, and managerial staff.
◾Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
◾Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
◾Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
◾Managing competing resources and priorities.
◾Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
◾Have an analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Qualifications:
◾Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
◾Three or more years of Business Analyst experience.
◾Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
◾Advanced technical skills.
◾Excellent documentation skills.
◾Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
◾Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
◾Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
◾A track record of following through on commitments.
◾Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
◾Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
◾A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps is required for this role for external candidates.
